By making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Booking is subject to cancellation based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your booking, but we cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if we are unable to provide the requested service due to unavailability or any other reason. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
2. Bookings are subject to additional toll or parking fees if any incurred. We will make every effort to minimize any additional fees, but please note that tolls and parking fees are not included in our standard rates and will be added to your final bill if incurred.
3. Cancellation is free up until 1 hour before pickup. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking cost.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to, excessive intoxication, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our terms and conditions.
5. Our vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If a passenger smokes or causes damage, such as vomiting or spilling food or drink, a cleaning fee of $250 will be added to your final bill. Please note that this fee is in addition to any other charges that may apply.
6. We are not responsible for any items left in our vehicles. Please ensure that you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle. If you have lost an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to locate the item.
7. We are not responsible for any delays or missed appointments due to traffic, road closures, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Please check our website for the latest version of our terms and conditions.
9. If you request a Cadillac Escalade, there will be an additional charge based on availability. We will provide you with a quote for the additional cost before confirming the booking.
10. If you request additional stops during your journey, there will be an additional charge. Our standard rates are based on a direct route between your pickup and drop-off locations. Any additional stops will be subject to additional charges, which will be calculated based on the distance and time required for each stop. We will provide you with a quote for the additional cost before confirming the booking.
